In Memoriam Nhi
We are deeply saddened to share the news that International Business student Pham Yen Nhi Chau has passed away as the result of a tragic car accident. She was a first year student in group A01, only here since September 2021. She was kind, curious and enjoying the first months of her studies.

Master student Engineering Systems wins Traffic Prize
On 3 November, Ravi Chaudhary, master student at HAN Engineering Systems, received the Traffic Engineering Prize for the best university of applied sciences thesis of the Netherlands. This took place during the pre-congress of the National Traffic Engineering Congress.

The HAN Smart Production Center (SPC) field lab will play a prominent role within CONNECTR to develop cost-efficient, lightweight applications. These applications will make a fundamental contribution to saving energy and increasing the range of electric cars.

Students unveil prototype Dutch hydrocargo bike
HAN students presented the first hybrid hydrogen-powered cargo bike together with All about Hydrogen. It will be used for sustainable parcel distribution in the Arnhem region. The cargo bike offers sufficient loading space for the parcel service. The project is supported by the Province of Gelderland and Urban Arrow.
