HAN University of Applied Sciences is one of the partners who is responsible for co-development of specific layers of digital twin.
Boundless perspectives during the 2023 International Week
Many social issues transcend borders. That is why HAN organized the 11th edition of the 'International Week of Health and Social Studies'. During this week, guest speakers and lecturers shared their experiences and knowledge on international issues in health and welfare with more than 1500 students.
International Week Health & Social Studies 2023
Many social issues do not stop at international borders. From Wednesday 1 to Friday 3 February 2023 we organize the HAN International Week Health & Social Studies. During this week students and lecturers share experiences and knowledge related to the international context of health and social work.
HAN joins the NSE 2023
The National Student Survey (NSE) is distributed each year to nearly all students in Dutch higher education. Students enrolled in both research universities and universities of applied sciences can voice their opinions about their study program. HAN is joining again.
New Year Wishes for 2023
New Year wishes should be about hope and possibilities, says Rob Verhofstad, chair of our Executive Board. Even though they may be somewhat overshadowed by our anxieties. Rob hopes the HAN community will experience more of what he’s seen in the past year: solidarity and the will to make a difference.
Renault Clio Hybrid for HAN Engineering and Automotive
Ertan Ertunç, manager of post-graduate courses at the HAN School of Engineering and Automotive, drove to HAN in a special orange-colored Sinterklaas gift on Monday 5 December. An electric Renault Clio Hybrid! The brand new car had been donated – on loan – by regional branch managers of the Bochane Group. It can be used for education and research on smart and clean hybrid technology at HAN in Arnhem.
New application system
From 23 November to 12 December 2022, you won't be able to view or manage your enrollment at HAN. That’s because we’re switching to a new system for processing applications and enrollment at HAN. You can still apply for a degree program at HAN through Studielink.
EAPRIL is coming to HAN
On behalf of the local organising committee, we want to introduce to you the theme of the EAPRIL 2022 conference: “From formal education to continuous learning". This year we will share knowledge about learning as a collaborative interaction between learning professionals, research education & the workplace.
HAN adjusts temperature in buildings
Our energy bills are rising, we want to use less Russian gas, and we want to combat climate change. That’s why the government is advising us to save energy more and faster. HAN will therefore adjust the temperature in its buildings from the summer vacations onwards.
Graduation ceremony Master Engineering Systems Degree with 29 graduates
Friday July 8th the Master Engineering Systems welcomed 29 graduates at the Degree Ceremony. Graduates from 5 different countries and their guests joined a festive afternoon.
