I bring more than 20 years of experience in higher education and professional practice to the Center of International Business Research (CIBR). Together with partners in Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, South America, the Middle East and Asia, we work to find solutions to the challenges of international business.
Professor of International Business Research
How can you as a company make strides toward more sustainable operations? This is not always easy. Practice can prove unruly, making sustainable developments difficult to embed. I support companies to make this step through impactful, applied projects. As a living lab, CIBR creates a context where professionals and organizations can design, experiment and test innovative solutions that forge successful transitions to sustainability.
In the process, our courses also train students to become global citizens of the future. My qualifications as a management consultant and experiences as an entrepreneur of two international startups take into account the research we do within the CIBR.
Leading Sustainability Transitions: An International Business Perspective
Professor Sabidussi's inaugural speech focused on the key dimensions involved in embracing sustainability and highlighted novel avenues and solution pathways to successfully engage in the necessary business transformations. She passionately discussed the economic, environmental, and societal scopes that can foster innovation opportunities in sustainable practices. The event was attended by a diverse audience eager to gain insights into solving the pressing global challenges of our era.
Leading sustainability transitions is much more than just a position, just a title, just wishful thinking. It is a choice. Our choice.
