This program makes you an authority on modelling and smart distributed systems. You learn to design and implement architectures for distributed embedded systems, innovation services and advanced algorithms. The aim? To solve complex tasks. The context? Control applications used in industry.

Careers: What can you do with this master of science?
As embedded systems engineer you mostly work in a team with other engineers and professionals from other disciplines. You use customer requirements and specifications to develop electronic hardware and software. The aim? To make the high-tech products of the future. Your master title shows you have the skills to manage projects. And to conduct applied research.

Want to study in part-time? Follow the modules at your own pace? You can if you are from the EU/EEA or have a valid residence permit for the Netherlands. You also need to be working in the field. The part-time program takes 3 years to complete.
