After the course you are able to mark, measure, and monitor body composition and to calculate the somatotype of your clients or athletes.
The program in a nutshell
This short course will be held in three days:
- Day 1 and 2 consist of practicals and theory
- On day 3 there will be a practical exam.
Equipment
During the course, equipment like Harpenden skinfold calipers, measurement tapes, segmometers, and small bone breadth calipers are available. After course enrollment you will have the opportunity to order your own equipment via HAN SENECA.
