Practical info

This course is taught in English. If the entire group consists of Dutch‑speaking participants, the sessions may be conducted in Dutch after consultation with the group. The course materials will still be provided in English.

The course materials include PowerPoints and assignments for you to practice on. The PowerPoints will be shared with the participants afterwards.

There is no exam or assessment. You will receive a certificate of participation for 100% attendance.

You will have insight into the principles of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Third Generation Sequencing (TGS). You will understand the advantages and limitations of both sequencing technologies. You will have deepened your knowledge of the steps involved in processing, visualizing and interpreting data.

Payment arrangement
It is possible to agree on terms for making (partial) payments (you can choose up to 3 terms).
