New application system
From 23 November to 12 December 2022, you won't be able to view or manage your enrollment at HAN. That’s because we’re switching to a new system for processing applications and enrollment at HAN. You can still apply for a degree program at HAN through Studielink.
What is going to happen?
Until now, you could view and manage your HAN application or enrollment in the Application portal. That system will close on 23 November 2022, because we are switching to a new system for processing application and enrollment. The new system is expected to go live on 13 December 2022.
Can I apply for a degree program at HAN?
Yes, you can still apply for a degree program at HAN. Apply through Studielink. Your application will be registered by Studielink, but we cannot process your application in our HAN system until after 12 December.
Only on 24 November, there will temporarily be no link between Studielink and HAN. That means you cannot apply at that time. This will probably only last a few hours.
What can't I do between 23 November and 12 December?
- Between 23 November and 12 December 2022, you cannot view or manage your application or enrollment at HAN. If you have just applied for a HAN program through Studielink, you have to wait until after 12 December to finalize your enrollment.
- HAN employees cannot view or manage your application either. So you cannot ask lecturers or other HAN staff to do this manually for you either.
Already studying at HAN?
Then Alluris will become OSIRIS for you. Study results you receive after 24 November will no longer appear in Alluris; from 16 December onwards you’ll be able to find them in OSIRIS. You can soon read more about it on HAN Insite.
