Global Citizenship Model ISB

Since December 2020, I have conducted a systematic literature review together with the support of Lysette Peerlings and Sadaf Rezwani from which I mapped out the preliminary fundamentals of Global Citizenship. After this, with support from Ron Tuninga, we further developed the model through field research: two focus group sessions with multinational companies, a focus group with teachers, and five separate interviews with CEOs and HRM managers of international companies further validated the model, from which it was adjusted as necessary. The development of the model sparks the beginning of a long line of publications and projects.
