Raising Global Citizens at Home
Halfway through the two-year project, the website for the Comenius Senior project 'Raising Global Citizens at Home' has officially launched. This virtual touchpoint aims to be a launchpad for fostering intercultural virtual collaborations between HAN ISB and foreign universities.
Crossing Borders Without Crossing Borders
The ability to work effectively across cultures is a vital skill. Effective intercultural collaboration requires a deep understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives. 'Crossing Borders Without Crossing Borders' provides opportunities for students to develop meta-skills for understanding the interconnectedness of aspects of our society and environment on business activities. Working across borders in an intercultural virtual collaboration, students are assigned a business case linked to the SDGs that incorporates examples directly from the professional field.
The focus is on the teamwork dynamics and giving students materials for how to perform well in this type of context, not about the content.
Globally Relevant Class Assignments
Business cases provide opportunities for students to develop meta-skills for understanding the interconnectedness of aspects of our society and environment.
Every business case used in CBWCB is linked to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and incorporates examples directly from the professional field.
