Vacancy: Social Media Student Assistant

As a social media student assistant, you will be part of the social media team that creates content for the HAN University Instagram account. You will mainly be responsible for: 

• Producing visually appealing and engaging content  

• Posting video and/or image content twice a week 

• Editing and adjusting content to align with HAN's brand identity 

• Brainstorming relevant content tailored to our target audience – prospective and current international students 

• Regularly checking and responding to messages in the inbox and chat section of each post to engage with our community 

• Actively attending and participating in team meetings to collaborate on content strategies 

You will be working with other students from the social media team and collaboratively create content dedicated for prospective and current students. The goal is to create inspiring and relatable content to showcase what it's like to study in the Netherlands as an international student at HAN. You will be making a range of content from sharing experiences related to Dutch culture to specific aspects of student life. This position will be managed by the HAN Newsroom and the International Marketing and Recruitment departments at MCV Services. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Affinity with content creation and social media 

• Creative, reliable and responsible 

• Detail-oriented, flexible, organized and proactive work attitude  

• Strong communication skills  

• Fluent in English (written and oral) 

• Available for 2-3 hours per week 

• Currently enrolled as a HAN student 

• The opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team 

• Ample room for personal creativity and growth 

• The possibility to develop your skills and gain experience in content creation 

• A student contract for 1 year (with possibility of extension) at €16.40 per hour
