One-on-one coaching
Learn about psychological principles and how to use them to coach others. Help someone to break their behavioral patterns and develop themselves.
Learn through interaction
A great deal of learning takes place in interaction between students themselves, lecturers and experts.
Self-reflection
You'll reflect on yourself, on what you've learned and on your actions in the role of coach. This reflection contributes to your development as a professional.

Learn to coach others
Coaching in Organizations trains you in one-on-one coaching. You will learn to use basic conversation skills, supplemented with specific coaching techniques and interventions to address work-related development questions. Some of the methods you'll learn to apply are solution-focused coaching, motivational interviewing, body-centered work and performance coaching.
