Coaching and conversation skills are vital in today's organizations around the world. These skills help create a positive, psychologically safe and supportive work environment that improves employee satisfaction and performance. And ultimately leads to better results for the organization.
Not offered in semester 1 of 2023-2024!
Unfortunately, this program will not be offered in the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year (starting in September 2023)! We hope to be offering it in semester 2, starting in February 2024.

Program: Learn to coach others
Coaching in Organizations trains you in one-on-one coaching. You will learn to use basic conversation skills, supplemented with specific coaching techniques and interventions to address work-related development questions. Some of the methods you'll learn to apply are solution-focused coaching, motivational interviewing, body-centered work and performance coaching.
